Quotation and booking

Follow these easy steps to book your holiday:

1 – Ask for a quotation

Request an estimate using one of the following ways:
– fill out the form by clicking on “Request info” in the web page of the trip of your interest;

2 – Book

After receiving the requested quotation, it is up to you to book by sending us the Booking form duly completed and signed.

3 – Wait for our email

We check the availability within 2 working days.

4 – Pay the Deposit

In the email you will find instructions for paying the deposit requested in the quote.

5 – Receive our confirmation

After having definitively booked all the services included in your holiday, we will send back to you the Booking form stamped and signed by us.
Remember: your holiday is actually confirmed only after receiving the form signed by Slow Active Tours.

6 – Before the departure

30 days before the departure you must provide the balance of the trip.
After we receive the balance of the trip, we will send you the last details and documentation of your holiday.
